In order to use this Site, a home seller or buyer must first create a username and password. During registration, users are required to give the YBi Realty contact information, such as their name, email address, home address, and phone number. The YBi Realty uses this information solely to help match you with up to three top prescreened agents.
If you use the “Contact Us” page of the Site, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number and information regarding your request. You may visit our Site and search for homes without providing us with any personal information. “Personal Information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you. Examples of Personal Information include your name, address, phone number, and/or email address.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
When you submit information to YBi Realty for a loan or realty request, you authorize us to share this information to facilitate the services you request by matching you with our network of participating banks, lenders, or brokers (“Lenders”), real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction. You also authorize us to sell your information to Lenders. A user must provide detailed information about each loan or realty request such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, property address, and price range. By providing this information to us, or by submitting a request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by our Lenders and real estate agents, or service providers via phone, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, in order that we may provide the services set forth on the Site or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.
User Feedback and Reviews
Users may perform ratings and reviews of our Lenders and real estate professionals. By submitting such information, you grant YBi Realty the right to post and publish such information at our sole discretion. Do We Disclose Any Personal Information to Outside Parties?
